When can I expect it to arrive?

We know waiting for your order can be tough. We send our orders via third party Logistic Partners. Anything in stock will ship the next day. Orders placed during the weekend will ship on Monday unless there is a holiday. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmations will be sent at the end of the business day. Packages are usually delivered within 10-12 business days of shipment.

I’m based overseas. Will you still ship my way?

Happily! Please WhatsApp us by clicking here and we will give you a shipping quote based on your order and location. As of now the website takes 1900 Rs as a charge for single suit. If you buy multiple pieces, then we will give you the best possible charge from reliable couriers preferably:- DHL, Fedex or Aramex. Our team will contact you as your order is placed. Whatever extra charges will be taken, will be minimum and best.

What is your exchange policy for online purchases?

At CHOYCE , we offer a complimentary exchange policy and are pleased to exchange your purchase the original tags, within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange is possible even if you don’t like the design. For exchange, reverse courier charges are to be borne by the customer.

What is your return policy for online purchases?

At CHOYCE, We take returns. This needs to be informed in 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.

Please ensure that the product you return is unused and the original tags are intact. The return courier charges are borne by the customer.

We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
