📦 Delivery, Exchange & Return Policy

At CHOYCE, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. Below are our simple delivery, exchange and return guidelines.


🚚 Delivery Policy

  • Free Shipping in India – All domestic orders are shipped free of cost.

  • Dispatch & Timelines – Prepaid orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Most orders ship the next working day. Orders placed on weekends/holidays are shipped on the next business day. Delivery usually takes 10–12 business days.

  • Order Cancellation Before Delivery – If you decide not to accept a prepaid order, please inform us over a call before delivery is attempted. If no prior intimation is given and the package is refused, forward and reverse courier charges will be deducted and only a voucher will be issued (no refund).

  • Courier Communication – Our courier partners will send you SMS/WhatsApp/calls regarding your delivery. Please respond to these to avoid delays. If calls are missed and the package returns to us (RTO), a charge of 3 times the courier cost will apply.

  • Address Errors – Please ensure your shipping details are correct. If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect/incomplete address, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Delays – Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or festivals.


🌍 International Orders

  • We do ship internationally. Standard charges are ₹1900 for a single suit. For multiple pieces, our team will share the best possible rates from trusted partners like DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.

  • Duties & Taxes – Any customs duties, VAT, or import charges are to be paid by the customer directly.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs clearance.


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • You can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer care team.

  • Exchange is available even if you simply don’t like the design.

  • Reverse courier charges are to be borne by the customer.

  • Products must be unused, unstitched, unwashed, without stains or perfume, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Not eligible for exchange: stitched/customized suits, altered items, sale/discounted products, and accessories.


↩️ Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please email us at care@choyce.in or call +91-7838311124 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM IST).

  • All returns require prior intimation. Returns sent without informing us will not be accepted.

  • The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

  • Once the product is received and passes quality check, you will receive either:

    • 100% value voucher for your next purchase, OR

    • 95% refund to your bank account (within 7–10 working days).

  • Shipping charges (forward and reverse) are non-refundable.

  • Not eligible for returns: stitched/customized suits, altered items, sale/discounted products, and accessories.


🛡️ Important Notes

  • Please keep an unboxing video when opening your parcel. This helps us resolve any issues regarding damage or shortage quickly.

  • Refunds/exchanges are processed only after the product is received back in good condition.

  • For smooth delivery, always keep your phone reachable to attend courier calls.
