PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE (CHOYCE.IN) OR ORDERING PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. Products & Orders

  • CHOYCE offers exclusive designer suits and related products for sale on this Website.

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and abide by the terms mentioned herein.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2. Shipping, Delivery & RTO

  • Domestic shipping is free within India. International shipping charges are displayed at checkout or confirmed separately.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, festivals, or other unforeseen events.

  • Customers will receive SMS, WhatsApp, and/or call updates from our courier partners. Please respond to ensure smooth delivery.

  • If the customer provides an incorrect/incomplete address or does not accept delivery without prior intimation, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO). In such cases:

    • Forward and reverse courier charges, plus penalties, will apply.

    • Refunds, if applicable, will only be made in the form of a voucher.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

Our policies are designed to balance customer convenience with fairness.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  1. If goods are returned, the customer is eligible for a 100% voucher for exchange.

  2. If a refund is requested, it will be processed with a 10% deduction from the order value.

For Prepaid Orders:

  1. If goods are returned, the customer is eligible for a 100% exchange voucher.

  2. If a refund is requested, 95% of the product value will be refunded.

Shipping Responsibility:

  • Customers must self-ship returns/exchanges at their own cost.

  • If CHOYCE arranges reverse pickup, the risk is fully borne by the customer, as reverse shipments are not insured.

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unstitched, unwashed, free of stains/perfume/damage, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery by contacting care@choyce.in or +91-8882424080 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM IST).

  • Stitched/customized suits, altered items, sale/discounted products, and accessories are not eligible for return/exchange.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs, fabrics, layouts, images, videos, and brand content on this Website are the exclusive intellectual property of CHOYCE.

  • Customers are strictly prohibited from reselling unstitched suits, copying designs, reproducing, redistributing, or digitally misusing CHOYCE photos/videos.

5. Customer Reviews, Testimonials & Content

  • By posting reviews, sharing images, or providing testimonials to CHOYCE (directly or via social media), customers grant CHOYCE the right to use such content in its marketing and promotional activities, royalty-free and without limitation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • This Website and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • CHOYCE makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Website content or third-party links.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • CHOYCE’s maximum liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product, less shipping and handling charges.

  • CHOYCE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or delays.

8. Indemnification

  • Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHOYCE, its employees, directors, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or costs arising from misuse of the Website, violation of terms, or third-party rights infringement.

9. Privacy & Communications

  • By using this Website or placing an order, customers consent to receive transactional communications via SMS, WhatsApp, calls, and email regarding orders and deliveries.

  • Customer data is handled in accordance with CHOYCE’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

11. General Terms

  • Force Majeure: CHOYCE is not liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or events beyond its control.

  • Termination: CHOYCE reserves the right to suspend or terminate Website access at its discretion.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between CHOYCE and the customer.
